Returns

RETURNS

If you are not happy with your purchase, contact us for a return Merchandise Authorization request within 10 business days of the receipt.  If returned in timely manner in unopened packaging, we will exchange it, refund your money less 10% restocking fee based on method of your payment.

All products must be packed in all original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, registration that shipped with the product.  A 15% open box fee plus the 10% restocking fee totaling 25% will be charged if box is open or removed from original packing. 

The following products can not be returned:

     1.  Special orders and products that are custom made to your specifications.

     2.  As is or used items or that have been installed or used after receipt.

     NFA items that require ATF transfers after the start of paperwork.

     4.  Illumination devices and night vision equipment.

 

BACKGROUND CHECKS

ITEMS REQUIRED FOR TRANSFERS:

Nevada drivers license or Nevada commercial drivers license only.  No exceptions or PCS orders w/ military ID.

Complete 4473 Federal Form

Background checks are $25.00 or waived with valid Nevada State issued concealed firearms permit.

Transfers

Transfers can take 25 minutes to 5 business days.  Any deviation will result in Transfer item being returned.  The transfer fee is incurred upon delivery at our store, returns, shipped wrong items are between you and the original dealer/Seller and transfer charges will apply.  Transfers will be held for twenty days.

Any transferred firearms or items that are not picked up in 120 days of receipt will be considered abandoned property and will be forfeited to Kinetic Armory.  Firearms or items not claimed in 120 days will be considered abandoned.   ( active military EXEMPT)

Once a firearm or item is considered abandoned, Kinetic Armory reserves the right to possess and sell the firearm at no further recompense to the Customer/Buyer/Seller and is sold at an action.

$100.00 Cancellation Fee for any cancelled sales for Delays and or /Denials, Cancellation after 4473 Filled out and/or background check ran is $100.00. Change of mind or item is $50.00.

We do not accept shipments of accessories or ammo on behalf of customers.  Kinetic Armory LLC will not be responsible for any items or accessories shipped with a transfer to our store.  Provide your out of state FFL dealer our email address, Kineticarmoryllc@gmail.com to request a copy.

By shipping a firearm to Kinetic Armory, it means that you understand and accept the transfer policy as put forth by the document.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON TRANSFERS OR PURCHASES

Firearms cannot be returned once they have been transferred to customer/buyer.  It is considered used even if it has not been fired.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Customers are responsible for:

     1.  Shipping charges both ways on returns    

     2.  Shipping charges on packages that are refunded.

It is to your best interest to use a carrier that offers tracking for all your returns. Ensure your package for safe return or declare the full value of shipment to protect yourself if shipment is lost or damaged.  if you choose not to track or ensure your packages, you will be responsible for damages or loss of your product while in transit.  

USPS has limited tracking capabilities and has a 30-day calendar day waiting period before they will trace your package. 

ORDERS

All orders are shipped from our Warehouse or in store inventory within 3-10 business days using UPS, FedEx or USPS.  Tracking numbers are available for UPS, FedEX, and USPS.

 

WEBSITE DISCLAIMER

Our inventory changes daily.  Occasionally an item may appear on the site by mistake or items description may contain typographical errors.  We do not guarantee that titles, descriptions, prices on our website are error free.  We reserve the right to refuse any order including but not limited to order errors in the description or price.  if order is canceled, we will not charge customers credit card or money will be refunded.  if an item description contains am error such as incorrect pricing and customer makes an order, we will not process the order without first contacting the customer.  If online order is shipped by mistake, we will advise the customer to return the item in unopened condition and a refund will be issued.  By placing the order, the customer agrees the seller will be the final arbiter of discrepancies, in the online store.

Credit card billing information and contact information in the checkout process are required to process your order and deliver the product to you.  We store some information for our accounting reasons.  We do not share any of your information to third parties, not involved in your transaction.  The entire checkout process is handled through a secure SSL encrypted connection.
